1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ViVi Media and Entertainment Joint Stock Company ("ViVi Media", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ViVi Media provides music distribution, rights management, and promotion services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Digital music distribution to streaming platforms
  • Content ID and rights management
  • Revenue collection and reporting
  • Promotion and marketing services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Own or have valid rights to all content submitted
  • Not submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music and content. By using our services, you grant ViVi Media a non-exclusive license to distribute and promote your content as specified in your service agreement.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms, fees, and revenue splits are specified in your individual service agreement. Payments are processed according to the schedule outlined in your agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, we will process final payments and remove your content from distribution platforms as requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViVi Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
